AAU basketball
JCC, MCW, Fairmont athletes get extra court time
A number of basketball players from Jackson County Central, Martin County West and Fairmont are getting in some playing time this spring and summer as members of various AAU programs.
The athletes are members of the Iowa Lakes Basketball Club in Estherville, Eagles United from Milford, Minnesota Rise in New Ulm and the Dakota Schoolers out of the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls.
Thanks to Chad Benda for his help compiling this list of those athletes.
Chad also went above and beyond the call in submitting some results last week, but for various reasons I never got them assembled and sent out in a newsletter.
We’ll try to get out some highlights as their seasons progress.
