ST. LOUIS PARK – Jackson County Central had nine student-athletes honored and Martin County five on the all-state academic team selected by The Guillotine.
Two Huskies earned first-team all-state honors, seniors Kie Anderson and Payton Handevidt.
Named to the second team were senior Will Freking, along with juniors Logan Butzon, Thomas Freking, Matt Haley and Dylan Withers.
Earning honorable mention status from JCC were senior Andrew Boyum and junior Cameron Scholten.
The Red Bulls had three wrestlers earn their way on to the first team, seniors Jesse Potts and Kain Sanders, along with junior Max Olson.
Named to the second team were juniors Carver Rohman and Wyatt Williamson.
Points to earn all-state status were compiled based on varsity wins and state tournament placement from this past season, and cumulative high school grade-point average.
