Five Jackson County Central players are listed on the all-Big South Conference Small School Division softball team.
Named all-conference were sophomores Bailey Finck and Hadley Wachal, along with freshman Mady Wachal.
Honorable mention selections were senior Sawyer Flatgard and freshman Miley VanDeVere.
It’s the third time Hadley Wachal has been honored on the all-BSC team. She was also all-conference last year and honorable mention in 2022.
Finck was also all-conference last year, while Mady Wachal was honorable mention.
Luverne had the most all-conference choices with five, with JCC next with three. Blue Earth Area and Pipestone had two apiece, while Redwood Valley, St. James Area and Windom each had one.
New Ulm led the Large School Division with five players named all-conference. St. Peter, Marshall, Fairmont and Worthington each had three and Waseca one.
