Six games are on the schedule for teams in the First Nite and Gopher leagues Sunday as the regular season is almost over.
Among the matchups is a 5 p.m. game at Stan King in Lakefield as the Jackson Bulls head down the Mill Road (or some may elect to take I-90) to face the Frogs.
Jackson won 2-0 in the team’s first meeting June 16 at Wacker Field as Alex Bretzman outdueled Brett Rossow. Bretzman pitched a complete game, five-hit shutout for the Bulls while Rossow gave up 12 hits but only two runs in eight innings for the Frogs.
Jackson has a game vs. Fairmont scheduled for Wednesday. Lakefield is closing out its regular-season schedule.

One game from state
Jackson Bulls veteran Andy Wolf is the head coach of the Okoboji High School baseball team that is one game away from a berth in the state tournament following a 15-12 win at Spirit Lake in the Iowa Class 2A District 4 championship game Saturday night.
The Pioneers had a pair of eight-run leads at 10-2 and 15-7 and held on for the win.
Andy’s son, Lincoln, is a freshman middle infielder and pitcher for Okoboji. Spirit Lake’s head coach is Ross Ackerman, who is a pitcher with the Windom Pirates of the First Nite League.
Lincoln didn’t have a hit Saturday but did pick up an RBI with a bases loaded walk and scored a run.
He’s hitting .375 for the season with an on-base percentage of .590. Lincoln is 15-for-40 officially and has walked 16 times and been hit by a pitch five times. He’s scored 15 runs and has 17 RBI.
Lincoln has eight pitching appearances and has a 3-0 record with a 1.48 earned run average. In 23.2 innings he has allowed 10 runs (five earned) on 16 hits, walked 11 and struck out 43 (1.8 per inning).
Okoboji, 14-11, plays Siouxland Conference rival West Lyon (18-6) in a Substate game on Tuesday. The Wildcats won both regular season games.
The winner of that game advances to the state tournament in Carroll.
