
First Nite League-leading Windom has moved into the top ten in the first Class C amateur baseball ratings of the regular season by the Minnesota Baseball Association.
The Pirates have a 5-0 record after an 8-0 win over Hadley at Island Park Wednesday. The Buttermakers are among a number of teams that received mention in the ratings.
Courtland remains first in the Class C rankings.
Fairmont of the First Nite League and Luverne of the Gopher League are now Class B teams under the reclassification of teams by the MBA.
The Martins and Redbirds are in the five-team District 8B and the other three teams in that district are in the ratings with Bird Island sixth, New Ulm eighth and Raymond tied for ninth.
Jordan is first in the Class B poll, with Miesville still on top in Class A.
