CHASKA – Three of the four leaders remain the same in the latest rankings by the Minnesota State High School Baseball Coaches Association.
Hayfield continues to lead the Class 1A ratings. The Vikings are 6-1, with that loss coming 4-2 to Jackson County Central in their season opener. Springfield (which lost to Hayfield the same day that the Vikings lost to the Huskies) is fifth and Minneota ninth.
Albany (4-3) moves up from sixth to first in Class 2A. Luverne is new to the poll at No. 9.
Mankato West (7-0) continues to lead the Class 3A poll.
The one new leader is Stillwater in Class 4A, moving up one notch in the poll.
