The Jackson County Central boys golf team finished fourth in a Big South Conference at Lakeside Golf Course in Waseca Monday. The JCC girls did not have a complete team for their event at Interlaken Golf Course in Fairmont.
St. Peter was first in the boys event with 144, followed by Waseca (161), New Ulm (166), the Huskies (170), Blue Earth Area (177) and Fairmont (184).
Sam Brinkman was low for JCC as he tied for sixth place with a 38. Tavin Miller was eighth with a 39. Medalist was St. Peter’s Kaiden Brovold with a 34.
Also for Jackson County Central, Kasey Grimmius carded a 45, Luke Anderson and Nolan Ambrose both shot 48 and Keegan Koster had a 54.
BEA won the girls meet with 188, followed by Fairmont (205), Waseca (222), St. Peter (225) and New Ulm (238).
Rachel Mohr was low for the Huskies with a 58, Payton Coquyt shot 64 and Isabelle Henning 65.
