Evan Olesen had four doubles for the Jackson Bulls in their 15-5, eight-inning win over Fox Lake in First Nite League amateur baseball Sunday at Wacker Field.
Each of Olesen's two-baggers was down the third base line, which the Bulls' Twitter account pointed out.
Olesen scored three times and had a run batted in.
He had just completed his sophomore season at Northwestern College on Friday. He hit .280 for the Red Raiders this spring.
Blaise Jacobsen had two hits and three RBI for Jackson, Gavin Jacobsen had two extra-base hits (double, triple) and walked once.
Andy Wolf had two RBI for the Bulls, Alex Bretzman had an RBI single and Leighton Polz doubled.
Five Jackson pitchers (Ryan Rasche, Ben Scheevel, Kevin Holm, Pat Boggess, Sean Minder) combined to strike out 13 Foxes.
After the game, the Bulls sent out their traditional tweet following wins at Wacker Field.
Owen Wolter had three hits for the Foxes including a triple. Jordan Wolter had two hits including a double and Payton Anderson had two hits.
Getting one hit each were Wyatt Geistfeld, Steve Zehms and Blake Jagodzinske.
Both teams are off until next Sunday, with Jackson playing at Heron Lake and Fox Lake visiting Mountain Lake.
