The Martin County West boys and girls golf teams both placed sixth in the Tomahawk Valley Conference golf tournaments on Monday.
The boys had a team total of 371 at St. James Golf Club. Sleepy Eye United was first with 326.
Kale Larson led the Mavericks as he tied for sixth with an 83. New Ulm Cathedral’s Owen Strei was medalist with a five-under par 67.
MCW’s girls shot 470 at Farmers Golf & Health Club in Sanborn. SEU won the team title with a 398.
Morgan McCorkell was low for Martin County West with a 108 as she tied for 12th place. Sam Price of Sleepy Eye United was medalist with an 87.
