Martin County West senior Hunter Schmidt tied for fourth place in the state Class A boys golf tournament that concluded Wednesday at Pebble Creek Golf Club in Becker.
Schmidt carded a one-over par 73 in the second round after an even-par 72 in the first round for a 36-hole total of 145.

Schmidt will be attending MidAmerica Nazarene University in Olathe, Kan. and playing golf for the Pioneers.
Fertile-Beltrami won the Class A boys team title.
