Jackson County Central qualified five wrestlers for the state Class 1A wrestling tournament from Saturday’s Section 3A tourney in St. James.
Two Huskies are advancing as a section champion, Kayden Eller (114) and Kyler Thier (127).
Headed to state as second-place finishers are Isaac Rodriguez (121), Dallas Gossen (139) and Ryan Haley (189).
The individual portion of the state tournament is Friday and Saturday at Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul.
