JACKSON – The Jackson County Central softball team picked up a win Friday, beating Blue Earth 10-0 in five innings.
Brittany Arduser had two hits, scored two runs and had two runs batted in, while Maia Reed had two hits, scored twice and had two stolen bases.
Alexis O’Reilly hit a three-run home run for the Huskies, while Lauren Johnson had a hit and two stolen bases and Hadley Wachal also had a hit.
Hadley Wachal was the winning pitcher, going four innings and striking out four. Mady Wachal pitched the fifth inning.
JCC is scheduled to host Lake Crystal Wellcome Memorial Monday before playing doubleheaders at Luverne Tuesday and Pipestone Thursday.
