Jackson County Central volleyball team moved up two places to second in this week's Class 2A ratings by the Minnesota Volleyball Coaches Association.
The Huskies were third at the Class AA Showcase this weekend, losing only to No. 1 Southwest Christian. JCC is 15-3, with every loss coming to a team rated first.
In addition to Southwest Christian, the Huskies have lost to Class AAA No. 1 Marshall and South Dakota Class AA No. 1 Sioux Falls Christian.
JCC's next match is a Big South Conference West Division match at home Thursday vs. Pipestone.
Mayer Lutheran is first again in Class 1A, while Wayzata continues to hold down the top spot in Class 4A.
