JACKSON – Both the Jackson County Central girls and boys basketball teams picked up a Big South Conference West Division victory over Windom Thursday.
In the girls game in Jackson, the Huskies were 89-72 winners. JCC won the boys game at Windom 73-71.
Four players scored in double figures for the JCC girls, with Sadie Voss scoring 33 points, Maci Farmer 25, Rylie Cother 14 and Kylee Wenzel 11.
Kylee Wenzel grabbed 10 rebounds, with Georgianna Wenzel and Farmer pulling down eight. Voss had five rebounds and five assists. Farmer had three steals.
JCC is 10-6 overall and 5-4 in the conference, while Windom is 7-10 and 2-6.
The Jackson County Central boys also had four players in double digits.
Erik Hesebeck led with 21 points, Roman Voss netted 19, Travis Rogotzke scored 14 and Damien Phaly 13.
The Huskies are 7-9 overall and 4-4 in the BSC, while the Eagles are 5-11 and 2-7.
JCC has a girl-boy doubleheader vs. Minnewaska Area Saturday at Target Center.
