PAYNESVILLE - Martin County West has moved up three places to fourth in the latest Class 1A boys basketball ratings by Minnesota Basketball News.
The Mavericks are 6-0 after beating Hancock Tuesday in Tyler. MCW plays Russell-Tyler-Ruthton Wednesday evening.
Sleepy Eye St. Mary's (7-0) remains first in 1A, with Central Minnesota Christian (7-0) second and Cass Lake-Bena (7-0) third.
The other leaders are the same, Minneapolis North (2-0) in Class 2A, Totino-Grace (3-0) in Class 3A and Park Center (5-0) in Class 4A.
