Class 2A second-ranked Blue Earth Area remained undefeated as the Buccaneers improved their record to 3-0 with a 48-14 win over Jackson County Central Friday night at Wilson Field in Blue Earth.
The Buccaneers had a 14-0 lead before Gabe Wolff scored on a four-yard run for the Huskies. Levi Lindley ran in the two-point conversion.
BEA scored the next 27 points to lead 41-8 before Will Freking went in from four yards out.
Freking ran for 56 yards on seven carries to lead JCC.
Roman Voss completed four passes for 93 yards, with Payton Handevidt catching all four passes.
Jackson County Central, 1-2, will host Windom next Friday. The Eagles are 0-3 after losing 26-6 to Luverne on Thursday.
