Timms used a last-lap pass to score the triumph during the 25-lap Northern Outlaw Sprint Association feature.
Kerry Madsen (Knoxville) was second and Brooke Tatnell (San Souci, NSW, Australia) was third in the DeWall No. 16.
“It’s always disappointing to not have a good run on your sponsor’s night and that’s what happened last week,” he said. “It’s a credit to Doug that he kept on striving and kept on striving.”
Kaleb Johnson (Sioux Falls) won his heat race and was 18th in the feature.
Zeitner swept the Tri-State Late Models action as he was the quickest in qualifying, won a heat race and led all 40 40 laps of the A Main.
Monday’s show was canceled after a severe storm early Monday morning ripped apart the scoring tower and suites.
The track is scheduled to host a World of Outlaws event next Sunday.
