Following a four-week hiatus, racing returns to Jackson Motorplex Friday as the Midwest Power Series and Midwest Sprint Touring Series will compete, as well as the Wyffels Hybrids RaceSaver Sprint Car Series.
It will be only the second event of the season for 360 winged sprint cars at the track. Aaron Reutzel was the winner on May 20.
There have been two RaceSaver Sprint Car Series features with Jody Rosenboom and Trevor Serbus each posting a win.
Ths winner’s share for the Midwest Power Series and Midwest Sprint Touring Series feature is $3,000.
Brant O’Banion leads the MSTS point standings by 10 points over Troy Schreurs and 12 points over Rosenboom.
The series will also run at I-90 Speedway in Hartford, S.D. Saturday.

Husets
Five new members of the Huset’s Speedway Hall of Fame will be honored at a ceremony during this Sunday’s racing program.
In that group are Steve Rubin, Jay Masur, Jon Barger, Cliff Koidahl and Ron Fick.
Classes running that night will be the Casey’s 410 Sprint Cars presented by Big Frig, the Wyffels Hybrids RaceSaver Sprint Car Series and the Nordstrom’s Automotive Late Model Street Stocks.
Justin Henderson holds a 12-point lead over Matt Juhl in the 410 class with Austin McCarl 23 points off the lead.
In the RaceSaver Sprint Car class, Brandon Bosma and Jacob Hughes are tied for first with Lee Goos Jr. only six points out.
And for the Late Model Street Stocks, Matt Steuerwald has a three point lead over Zach Olivier with 10 points back.
