JCC volleyball to host AA No. 10 Redwood

Jackson County Central will host the No. 10 rated team in Class AA in a Big South Conference West Division volleyball match Tuesday.

Redwood Valley will come to Jackson with an overall record of 3-2, with each of those losses coming to a highly ranked team from another class.

The Cardinals opened with a loss to Class A No. 3 Minneota, then defeated Fairmont, Eden Valley-Watkins and St. Peter. Redwood’s most recent match was a loss to Class AAA No. 2 Marshall.

JCC is 2-2. One of those losses was last week to Mayer Lutheran, which moved up to No. 1 in the Class A poll after being tied for second last week.
