Ayers, Christenson back for another run
Two area runners will compete in the state Class A girls cross country meet for the second straight year Saturday at Les Bolstad University of Minnesota Golf Course in Falcon Heights.
Race time is 10:45 a.m.
Jackson County Central freshman Naiya Ayers returns after placing 51st out of 159 finishers at last year’s state meet.
Also, Martin County West sophomore Evelynn Christenson is back after finishing 84th.
Redwood Valley’s boys are the defending Class A team champion.
