Jackson County Central moved up one place to third in this state Class 2A Minnesota high school football media poll. The Huskies are 7-0 and close out their regular season at home Wednesday vs. Pipestone.
Barnesville and Chatfield continue to be ranked 1-2.
Fairmont is eighth in Class 3A and Marshall is seventh in Class 4A.
The top-ranked team remained the same in five of the seven classes.
In addition to Barnesville, other teams staying at the top of their class are Nevis (9-player), Minneota (1A), Stewartville (3A) and Becker (4A).
New leaders are Moorhead (5A) and Maple Grove (6A).
