Huskies to host portion of BSC Crossover
Practice for Jackson County Central and high school volleyball teams around Minnesota starts Monday.
The first match for the Huskies will be two weeks from today, Saturday, Aug. 24, when they host part of the Big South Conference Crossover. New Ulm will also host matches in the event.
JCC will play one of the conference’s two newcomers, Tri-City United at about 1 p.m. in the final of three matches being played in Jackson.
The Huskies had a record of 11-19 in 2023. The Titans were 16-10.

At Jackson
St. James Area vs. Worthington, 10 a.m.
Blue Earth Area vs. Windom, 11:30 a.m.
Tri-City United vs. Jackson County Central, 1 p.m.
At New Ulm
Redwood Valley vs. Fairmont, 10 a.m.
Marshall vs. Belle Plaine, 11:30 a.m.
Pipestone vs. Waseca, 1 p.m.
Luverne vs. New Ulm, 2:30 p.m.
