Peyton Loeslie scored his second goal of the game at 3:57 of overtime as Rochester Lourdes defeated Windom 3-2 in nonconference boys hockey Saturday night at Windom City Arena.
It was the second straight OT contest for Windom Area and its third in its last five games. The first game in that stretch was a 6-5 overtime loss to Lourdes in the Kiwanis Holiday Hockey Festival in Rochester on Dec. 30.
Loeslie had also scored the game-tying goal shorthanded at 6:55 of the third period.
Brody Seim had staked Lourdes to a 1-0 lead at 11:06 of the opening period, with Brady Espenson scoring the equalizer at 14:59 of the first on an assist from Cragen Porath.
Wriley Haugen gave the hometown Eagles a 2-1 lead 30 seconds into the middle frame and there was no more scoring until Loeslie tied it up in the third.
Adam Dahna made 24 saves for Windom, which put 40 shots on Lourdes netminder Xander Carter-Kleven.
Windom Area, which hosts Worthington and Waseca on back-to-back nights next Thursday and Friday, is 6-7 on the season while Lourdes is 7-7.
